All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on the selected shipping method and destination.
We offer the following shipping options:
* **DHL Free Shipping:** Estimated delivery within 3–8 business days.
* **DHL Express Shipping:** Estimated delivery within 2–5 business days.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to love your Lours Atelier pieces. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, in accordance with European consumer standards.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
Items must be returned in their original packaging
Proof of purchase is required
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed.
Please note:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as earrings) may not be eligible for return
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a few business days.
